Here is an article written by Patricia Mulroy, general manager of the Southern Nevada Water Authority, regarding the Colorado River Basin states agreement reached earlier this year. The agreement between the states dealt with how to share shortages in river flows between the seven states. This article appeared in the May 2007 issue of Water Strategist and has been posted on the Water Strategist website, and covers not only the agreement, but how Ms. Mulroy views Colorado River issues in general.
