GASPE, Que. -- Quebec Premier Jean Charest has not ruled out asking for the Canadian Forces to help clean up after a devastating flood that left one man dead, the man's wife missing and millions of dollars in damage.
Charest promised the provincial government will act quickly to compensate flood victims in the Gaspe region after heavy rains slammed the region with flooding so bad that a house was swept away.
