Why Bihar, not Orissa

BHUBANESWAR: Employees of East Coast Railway (ECoR) today confronted General Manager A.K. Goyal seeking to know why a day’s salary was deducted towards assistance of Bihar flood victims. The employees were agitated over the fact that their contribution should go to the flood-affected people of Orissa, not Bihar. Upon finding that a day’s salary was deducted without their consent, they sought an explanation.
