Flood-risk owners told not to concrete over gardens

HOMEOWNERS should be urged to stop concreting over their gardens to combat the threat of flooding, an MSP said today.

Labour environment spokeswoman Sarah Boyack, MSP for Edinburgh Central, said "basic information" should be made available on how people could help prevent floods.
